SKYLA LOPARDI
My name is Skyla Lopardi, and I’ve been teaching at Good Soul for over two years, loving every minute of it. As I study to become a family therapist, that perspective naturally shapes how I teach and connect with others in a thoughtful and supportive way. I’m passionate about creating a space where students feel seen, heard, and encouraged. What I love most about Good Soul is the strong, supportive community, and I’m excited to watch it continue to grow.
Masters of their craft, they lead with heart, uplift every soul they touch, and hold our community together with strength, passion, and purpose.
MARYANN REECE
My yoga journey began during a time of illness, when the practice helped ease anxiety and brought back balance. My teaching is rooted in a 200-hour training, along with Yin Yoga and Reiki, allowing me to offer classes that are both grounding and restorative. I love Good Soul for its genuine sense of community and the way every person who walks through the door feels seen, supported, and at home.
LINDSAY DAUGHERTY
Yoga to me is all the things—calming and challenging, physical and mental, peaceful and chaotic—each experience guiding me exactly where I need to be and helping me grow. As an official Bikram-certified teacher, I’m grateful to share this at Good Soul, a place where we can feel it all, be fully accepted, and leave stronger, lighter, and wrapped in compassion, love… and a whole lot of SWEAT.
ANN MARIE ROETTGER
As an exercise physiology major working with Novant Health, I bring a strong foundation of knowledge along with energy, pep, and motivation to every class I teach. I love creating an experience that is both fun and empowering, helping students push past their limits. Teaching at Good Soul means being part of a community that uplifts and supports each other every step of the way.
PATTI BOUG
I strive to bring a calm and patient presence to each class, with the understanding that no two days and no two bodies are the same. My teaching adapts to meet you where you are, offering support, intention, and space to grow in your own way. I focus on mindful movement and refined alignment to help you build strength, stability, and awareness from the inside out. I love Good Soul for its thoughtful, connected community and the way it encourages growth both on and off the mat.
SANDY MARE
I began my yoga journey as a curious student, and it quickly grew into something much deeper. My teaching is shaped by years of continued study, allowing me to create classes that support growth, connection, and discovery. I love guiding students as they learn more about themselves each time they show up. Teaching at Good Soul makes it even more meaningful through its strong and supportive community.
GABE BARAJAS
I’ve been practicing yoga at Good Soul for over four years and teaching for just under a year. My passion lies in the Hot 26 sequence, where I love sharing a practice that has had such a strong impact on my own life. As an avid paddleboarder and humanitarian, I value connection, movement, and purpose both on and off the mat. What I love most about teaching at Good Soul is seeing that passion carried on and felt by the students in every class.
MOLLY JANE RIVERA

CINDY BISHOP
I found my “yin to my yang” when I completed my 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training at Urban Bliss School of Yoga in 2015. Yoga has been a deeply healing journey for me, and I feel grateful to share this practice with students of all levels. I teach a variety of classes including Baptiste, Chair Yoga, Deep Stretch, and Hot Power Vinyasa Flow, as well as Spin and Inferno Hot Pilates, and I love helping students find balance, strength, and connection in every class.
REBECCA SHEETS
As an Inferno Hot Pilates, deep stretch, and traditional yoga instructor, I bring a strong focus on precision and technique to every class I teach. I love the meditative side of both teaching and practicing, helping students move with intention and awareness. As a proud mom of three boys and a North Carolina native, I value connection and community. I love Good Soul for the supportive environment and the meaningful way it brings people together.
BROOKE McCORD
In addition to teaching at Good Soul, I’m a business development leader and a mother of five. I found the studio shortly after moving to Mooresville in 2018, and what started as a new experience quickly became my happy place. I’m passionate about giving back to a community that has supported and challenged me from the very beginning. Good Soul means so much to me because of the connection, encouragement, and sense of belonging it creates every time you walk through the door.
BEGINNERS GUIDE
YOUR FIRST VISIT TO HOT YOGA
Your first visit to Good Soul is all about feeling comfortable, prepared, and ready to move. For heated classes, you’ll need a yoga mat and a yoga towel, and we always recommend bringing a water bottle. For non-heated classes, just a mat and water will do. You’re always welcome to bring your own equipment, but we also have everything available for use or rent if you need it.
We have a full-service locker room, so feel free to shower or change after class. For hot yoga, wear dry-fit clothing since you’ll definitely be sweating, and for spin classes, be sure to wear athletic shoes you can comfortably jog in. Most importantly, come as you are—our team is here to help you feel right at home from the moment you walk in.
